Who are LIBF?
26 September 2019
You have probably heard the LIBF mentioned a lot on our website and through our previous blog posts, but who are the LIBF and why is it great news that your qualification is awarded by them?
LIBF stands for The London Institute of Banking and Finance. They are a registered, respected charity offering numerous financial qualifications of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) and are the awarding body for our professional financial services qualifications.
LIBF were founded 140 years ago, in 1879. They were originally called The Institute of Bankers and since day one have been at the heart of the financial sector. As undisputed experts in the field of finance, it is no wonder that LIBF qualifications are widely respected and held by a vast number of advisers throughout the UK.
Simply Academy are listed by LIBF as a select Recognised Learning Support Provider (RLSP), meaning that we are not just recognised for providing the right level of support for their esteemed financial services qualifications, but are also recommended as a training provider for any students who want an in-depth, supportive learning experience. Having The London Institute of Banking and Finance learning support seal of approval is not only a privilege but also gives our students the peace of mind that their courses are not only reputable, but of the highest possible standard within the industry.
Simply Academy are proud to enjoy such a close working relationship with The London Institute of Banking and Finance, and even have the honour of hosting our London-based courses for CeMAP, CeRER and DipFA at their headquarters, again cementing our longstanding relationship with LIBF to our students.
