Am I too young/old to be a mortgage adviser?

You can start your CeMAP training and undertake your examinations from the age of 17, there is no age limit. So whether you are taking the first step on your career path, or you are thinking of a change of profession, CeMAP is accessible to everyone.

Do I need to come from a financial background?

To undertake your CeMAP training, you do not need any prior financial knowledge or experience. Our students, past and present, come from a variety of backgrounds, from stay at home mums to retired military personnel. As long as you have a good level of English you will be able to study for your CeMAP qualification using our e-learning or Fast Track classroom-based courses.

Can I really become fully CeMAP qualified in just a few weeks?

Yes, you can! Our Fast Track classroom-based CeMAP courses consist of 2 five-day courses, meaning you can complete your training in just 10 days. Once you have completed your examinations, you will be fully CeMAP qualified and able to provide your services in an employed or self-employed capacity.

Our e-learning CeMAP training course gives you 12 months access to the online study portal where you can work through the course material at your own pace, with the flexibility of studying at your convenience. On average, our students complete the CeMAP e-learning course within 3-4 months, and once your exams are completed, you are ready to advise your clients.
