How to obtain a CMA certificate

Obtaining your Competent Mortgage Adviser Certificate is a great way to gain practical knowledge and experience in Mortgage Advice. It also shows potential employers that you have gone beyond the regulatory CeMAP qualification, making you the perfect candidate for the job.

The CMAcert helps newly CeMAP qualified mortgage advisers gain practical knowledge of the day-to-day job role of being a mortgage adviser, such as designing and presenting recommendation packages to clients, as well as sign up and application procedures. Developed and launched by Simply Academy, the CMAcert will go some way to helping students gain their Competent Adviser Status in a shorter time as you can evidence the practical knowledge you have gained using your digital workbook.

The CMAcert is an e-learning course, offering the flexibility that allows our learners to study at their most convenient times. The course is also tablet and iPad friendly, making it readily available to study on the go. A test at the end of each of the 5 mandatory units contributes towards the final assessment. Once you have passed your final assessment, you will be able to print out your digital workbook. You can use it as record of achievement, detailing your skills and knowledge to show future employers.
