How to obtain a CMA certificate

Obtaining your Competent Mortgage Adviser Certificate is a great way to gain the practical knowledge and experience of being a mortgage adviser, and also shows potential employers that you have gone beyond the regulatory CeMAP qualification, making you the perfect candidate for the job.

The CMAcert has been designed to help newly CeMAP qualified mortgage advisers gain practical knowledge of the day-to-day job role of being a mortgage adviser, such as designing and presenting recommendation packages to clients, as well as sign up and application procedures. Developed and launched by Simply Academy, the CMAcert will go some way to helping students gain their Competent Adviser Status in a shorter time as you can evidence the practical knowledge you have gained using your digital workbook.

The CMAcert is delivered by e-learning, ensuring the course is flexible for our learners to study at times that are convenient to them. The course is also tablet and iPad friendly, making it readily available to study on the go. As students work through each of the 5 mandatory units, you will be tested at the end of each one which will contribute towards your final assessment. Once you have passed your final assessment, you will be able to print out your digital workbook and use it as record of achievement, detailing your skills and knowledge to show future employers.
